On Professional Skills Training for Students of Teachers'University in the Perspective of Teachers Professionalism

Abstract

It is significant to analyze the professional skills training of teachers'university in the professional perspective.The current professional skills training can not bring the expected effect because of the problems of both ideology and practice.This analyze of these problems and the masons behind is helpful to clarify the target, to enrich the content,to innovate the methods,to improve the evaluation and to strengthen the indernnificatory mechanism of the professional skills training of teachers'university.
