Abstract

In view of the problem in professional training for university teachers,this paper presents that the training for university teachers should be in multiple channels and with high-quality.While training in the aspects of moral character,professional knowledge and aesthetic,it must be made sure that teachers enjoy high-quality professional development opportunities.Teacher performance appraisal is an effective mechanism to ensure professional training and development for teachers.
