Abstract
Objective This article analyzes the different statins in the treatment of early-onset clinical efficacy in patients with acute myocardial infarction, provide an effective basis for future clinical use of statins can reasonably.Method Randomly selected from the period July 2010 to July 2011 to our hospital 80 cases of premature coronary heart disease patients with acute myocardial infarction as the object of the study and were randomly divided into an equal number of A,B two groups, group A patients take rosuvastatin 10mg/d treatment group B,treatment with atorvastatin 20mg/d.The last two groups were compared after treatment, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,to detect endothelial function(FMD) and cardiac function(LVEF) results. Results A,B two groups of patients after 6 months of treatment, the difference between the two groups of patients with total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and hs-CRP levels have a significant statistical significance(P 0.05),the two groups of patients with the six-month period the prognosis is good, there is no phenomenon of death in patients. Conclusion The results of this study showed that rosuvastatin statin and atorvastatin in the treatment of early-onset the recent efficacy in patients with acute myocardial infarction is similar, both lipids by lowering the patient's body, reduce inflammation and improve endothelial functions to help improve the early onset of the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction to obtain good short-term effect.
