Abstract

OBJECTIVE:Toinvestigate the infection statues and drug-resistance of Pseudomonas (PAE)In nosocomial infections to provide the scientific according to the clinical application of the antibiotice.METHODS:PAE were cultured and idenyified according to the National Clinical Laboratory Operation Rules. The drugSensitivity testing was performed by K-B methods. RESULTS:Totally 219 strains of PAE were mainly isolatedFrom the intensive care unit(31.1%), department of internal medicine(24.7%), department of surgery(18.7%)And department of tumor(17.3%). Most of the ABA strains were detected from sputum, pus and secretions,Urine, chest ascites and blood, accounting for 31.1%, 24.7%, 18.7%and17.3%, respectively. Drug resistanceRates of PAE were higher to 14 kinds of antibiotics were, including SMZ/TMP, gentamycin, cefotaxime, Cefepime, aztreonam, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and so on, arriving at 45.2%-84.9%. CONCLUSION:DrugResistance status of PAE is serious. Hospital should strengthen the monitoring, prevention and controlling of it.
