Abstract
Objective:Quantitative determination of arsenic and mercury in health food;Method:Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results:The limit of detection of arsenic was 0.10 μg/L, that of mercury was 0.02 μg/L, the recovery rates of arsenic were 90.2%-100.8%, those of mercury were 88.2%-104.3%,linear calibration curve for arsenic and mercury were measured within the range of 0-100 μg/L or 0-50 μg/L ,the correlative coefficient of arsenic was 0.9996, that of mercury was 0.9995.Conclusion:Themethod was deserved to be used widely.
