Analysis of Punitive Damages System's Improvement

Abstract

The punitive compensation system is the exception of the general civil compensation system,obtains the universal acknowledgement in the common law.By analyzing the interrelated provisions about punitive damages system of《 Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests》,put forward some proposals about it further improvement.
