Clinical Significance on Detecting Parameters of Platelet in Liver Cirrhosis

Abstract

【Objective】To study the changes of four parameters of platelet in liver cirrhosis and the relationship between each other.【Methods】Four parameters of platelet in 65 cases of liver cirrhosis were detected(using hematocyte automatic counting machine) and compared.【Results】PLT and PCT in patients of liver cirrhosis decreased significantly,MPV and PDW in those patients increased significantly(P0.05 or P(0.01)).PLT and PCT in patients of liver cirrhosis with hemorrhage were much lower than non-hemorrhage(P(0.01)).【Conclusion】Four parameters of platelet can reflex the function of platelet.There is important reference value for us to evaluate the liver function and judge hemorrhage trend through detecting four parameters of platelet.
