Analysis of Rationalization of Yan'an City's Industrial Structure Based on SSM Method

This article uses Shift-Share Method to make comparative analysis of structures of the three industries in Yan'an and Xi'an cities.It focuses on the industrial structure of Yan'an in the structure of the three major industries deviated from the industrial mix effect and the shift share effect,then finds out the problems in the industrial structure.The results show that the main problems are the primary industry and tertiary industry output value is too low,economic development is heavily dependent on secondary industry,resource-based energy chemical industry occupies a very large proportion in secondary industry output value,and low utilization rate of resources,serious waste,serious environmental pollution leading to many other sub-national economic indicators are at disadvantage.All of these are contrary to the national road which advocates sustainable development.On this basis,it puts forward countermeasures and proposals to rationalize the industrial structure of Yan'an:(1) Actively promoting industrial clustering to develop industrial clusters;(2)Developing resources in distinctive advantages to develop modern resources-based industries;(3)Taking a new road to industrialization;(4)Through mergers and reorganization between industry and enterprises to drive industrial structure adjustment and upgrade.
