Study on TCM Syndrome Distribution Rules of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective By studying the TCM syndrome distribution rules of chronic atrophic gastritis to provide basis for the further research on syndrome normalization of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods On the basis of collecting and analyzing the literature of chronic atrophic gastritis treated by TCM in recent 20 years,the SPASS18. 0 was used to analyze the TCM syndrome distribution rules of chronic atrophic gastritis. Results For the pathogenesis,weakness of the spleen and stomach was the main factor,then were respectively yin deficiency of stomach,splenogastric hygropyrexia,incoordination between the liver and stomach,spleen deficiency,gastric blood stasis,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,deficiency of both qi and yin; the main cause of disease,syndrome elements were qi deficiency,blood stasis,qi stagnation,heat,yin deficiency; the syndrome elements of disease location were stomach,spleen,liver. Conclusion The study on TCM syndrome distribution rules of chronic atrophic gastritis provided the basis for the further research on syndrome normalization of it.
