Abstract

This paper discusses the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by TCM,which puts chronic atrophic gastritis into four clinical types including deficiency cold in spleen and stomach with blood-stasis,incoordination between liver and stomach,spleen-stomach dampness heat with blood-stasis and deficiency of the stomach-yin.We get different treating rules and prescription after analyzing etiology and pathogenesis of the four clinical types according to characteristics of differential diagnosis in TCM.
