It is important to construct open system of teacher training n China in 21~(st) century.The background to open Chinas teacher training is different from other countries,so we have own way to improve our teacher training system.Framng open system of teacher training aims to raise quality of teacher training.The teacher colleges are important in higher education of China.Teacher colleges are tendency to integration for teacher training naturally relates to other disciplines.We think if our teacher colleges will become integrative universities,we first have to reform our teacher colleges.
