Comparison of Images between WEN Ting-yun's Poems and Ci-verses

WEN Ting-yun is not only a famous poet in the late Tang Dynasty ,but also the beginner who wrote good Ci-verses. WEN Ting-yun paid attention to describing colorful images impersonally in all his poems and Ci-verses .But the images in his poems were dynamic and fantastic. There were many literary quotations in the poems .While the images in the Ci-verses were static and actual .WEN advocated impersonal beauty so that the images in his poems and Ci-verses were similar .But he realized that poems and Ci-verses are different literary form and they led to a different aesthetic pursuit .
