The difference and fusion in foreign－ invested enterprises in China

With the speeding up of China's entry into WTO,it is a necessity that more and more foreign investors come into China,these companies have very important driving functions to the development of China's economy.This paper aims to analyze the concrete embodiment of cultural differences between east and west in managing foreign－ invested enterprises,and points out that it is necessary to correctly understand the cultural differences,promote the fusion of different cultures,clear up the management clash,and build up the notion of common business operations and the strong and new culture of enterprises,and then finally realize better economic effects and social effects.
