Abstract
The simultaneous determination of vanillic acid,ferulic acid and cinnamic acid in Picrohiza scrophulariiflora Pennell by RP-HPLC method was reported in this paper.The HPLC separation was performed on a Shim-pack C18-ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(13∶87) and detected at wavelength 290 nm.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 14.0~210.0 ng for vanillic acid(R=0.9996),52.0~520.0 ng for ferulic acid(R=0.9995)and 6.0~90.0 ng for cinnamic acid(R=0.9993).The average recovery of vanillic acid,ferulic acid and cinnamic acid was 96.6%,98.9% and 97.4%,respectively.The method was accurate with a good reproducibility.
