THE COMPARISON ANALYSIS OF CYSTATIN C WITH UREA AND SCR IN PATIENTS WITH KIDNEY FUNCTION DETERMINATION

Abstract

Objective To discuss the value using serum Cystatinc C and Urea,Scr for kidney function indexes.Methods Using the method of CysC and Urea,Scr to analyse results of kidney function determination,to compare of positive rate.Results The positive rate,including the test of CysC and Urea,Scr,were 17.06%,4.60%,2.00%(male group) and 18.89%,3.32%,3.19%(female group),respectively.In CysC positive cases,the positive rate of Urea and Scr were 17.00%,10.00%(male group) and 7.00%,4.00%(female group) respectively.In the positive cases of three determination indexes,diseased group were higher than those of the control(2.68 to 3.98 times).In patients with hypertension,positive rate of CysC and Urea,Scr were 22.08%,12.66%,9.76%(male group) and 26.25%,8.49%,2.00%,(female group) respectively.Conclusion For the diagnosis of renal damage in early stage,sensitivity of serum CysC is better in combined comparison.
