Abstract
The improvement of transport infrastructure is one goal of Western Development Program.This paper introduces the development of western transport infrastructure,and makes statistical measurements and Comparative Static Analysis on provinces' related development and gaps among them.It's concluded that policies' impact on transport infrastructure has two sides.Then western transport infrastructure is classified into four types based on cluster analysis.Finally,the paper analyzes the influence of each type of infrastructure on western part.
