Abstract

Tests of precasting procedures for 8.6\|m segments of 24\|m box girders to be used on Qinhuangdao\|\|Shenyang Special Lines of Passenger Trains are presented. Details of structures, fixing, joining, putting up and dismantling of formwork, technical parameters and methods of concrete construction and time needed for precasting are described. Test results demonstrate that the technical parameters and the precasting method adopted in the tests are feasible.
