Abstract
In 1950s,China established the rural cooperative medical care system.Bare-foot doctors,as a key implementer of the system,contributed greatly to the success of rural health work.In recent years a new rural cooperative medical care system has been gradually developed in China.Thus the successful experience of cooperative medical care at that time could serve a reference for today.In this paper the inspiration for the new rural cooperative medical talent management is discussed from the management system of barefoot doctors.
