Analysis of the Connotation of University Teachers Professionalization in China

The professionalization is an idea of dynamic development and it is also a process of coordinated development,which is academic,educational,social,innovative,international and independent.With the development of society,these are definitely requirements for the university teachers,so is the characteristics of university teachers' professionalization.The professionalization of university teachers is a continuous improvement of various characteristics.As the professionalization of university teachers is a gradual process,teachers in different development stages of professionalization characteristics have different situations.The relationship between constructing a powerful nation of higher education and developing university teachers' professionalization is a symbiotic process.During the process,we should well manage the following relationships:individuality and community,initiative and passivity,and intercommunity and diversity.
