Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the expression of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 in human colorectal adenocarcinoma and its significance.METHODS Immunohistochemical SP method was detected in 78 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma,20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa,30 cases of colorectal polyps and 30 cases of colorectal adenoma cells in E2F-1 and cyclinD1 expression.RESULTS The positive expression rate of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 in esophageal carcinoma was much higher than that in colorectal mucosa,colorectal polyps,colorectal adenoma(P﹤0.05).The expression of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 were closely correlated with the differentiation,TNM and lymph nodes metastasis(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION E2F-1 and cyclinD1 are closely related to the colorectal adenocarcinoma occurrence.Both of them are important biological markers in colorectal adenocarcinoma occurrence and development.
