Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Naomaitai capsule on cerebral infarction patients during convalescence. Methods One hundred cerebral infarction patients during convalescence were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were given conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with Naomaitai capsule additionally, and the treatment lasted for 8 weeks in both groups. The therapeutic effects of two groups were assessed with NIHSS score and hemorheology indexes. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score and hemorheology indexes improved in two groups( P 0. 01),the improvement of the indexes above in the observation group were superior to that in the control group( P 0. 01). The effect of observation group was better than that of control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Naomaitai capsule benefits the improvement of clinical symptom and hemorheology indexes of cerebral infarction patients during convalescence.
