Clinical observation on 148 cases of cerebral infarction treated by Xifenghuoluo capsule

Abstract
s: To observe the clinical effect of Xifenghuoluo capsule on cerebral infarction . One hundred and fourty eight cases were randomly divided into treatment group (75 cases),and control group (73 cases).The nerve function, blood rheology were determined before and after treatment respectively, and the clinical effect of Xifenghuoluo capsule was evaluated comprehensively. The effective rate of Xifenghuoluo capsule for treatment of cerebral infarction was 92%in treatment group,while 64.2%in control group.There was a significant difference between two groups(P0.01).The improvement of blood rheology and blood lipids was better in treatment group than that of control group (P0.05).[Conclusion] Xifenghuoluo capsule has better clinical effect on treatment of cerebral infarction.
