Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between the blood lipid level of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG),Low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods The blood lipid level of 76 patients with cerebral infarction,98patients with cerebral hemorrhage were determined by SHIMADZU CL7200 clinical chemistry analyzer. Results High leverls of TC and TG were found both in patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.Abnormal incidence rate of blood lipid level of TC and TG in the patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage were higher than controls. Conclusion The research suggests that the abnormal level of blood lipid is one of the important risk factors for cerebrovascular diseases.
