Abstract

Objective To discuss the relationship between cerebral vascular disease and blood lipid.Method 66 cases of cerebral hemerrhage,66 cases of cerebral infarction, and 60 cases of non cardiocerebral vascular disease(control group) were collected, their blood lipid data were analysed. Results Compared with the control group, the cholesterol and high density lipoprotein of patients with cerebral hemorrhage significantly decreased( P 0.05~0.01),while triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were not significant( P 0.05).Cholesterol,triglyceride and low density liporotein levels of patients with cerebral infarction were obviously higher than those of the control group and cerebral hemorrhage patients( P 0.01).High density lipoprotein of the patients with cerebral infarctionis also lower than that of control group( P 0.01),however there was no obvious difference between the patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction( P 0.05).Conclusions These materials supported that there was a negative relationship between cerebral hemorrhage and serum cholesterol and high density lipoprotein levels. These materials also showed that there wasnt significant relationship between cerebral hemorrhage and other blood lipid such as triglyceride and low density liporoteins( P 0.05).
