Abstract
To develop high pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC) as a rapid detection technique for benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin in food,an optimized chromatographic condition of a Luna C18 stainless column(150.0 mm×4.6 mm×10 μm)and methanol:0.02 mol/L NH 4Ac(33.5∶66.5,V∶V)as a mobile phase were used. The HPLC technique was improved to be a rapid detection system. The time required for analyzing one sample shortened from 20 minutes to within 4 minutes. The three components determined were not influenced, the extraneous peaks and resolution rates among them were free from considerable decrease(R1.5).There was a good linear correlation and relatively lower detection limits in the range of 0-100 mg/L.The rate of recovery of sample addition was 92%-102%?
