Abstract

The paper looks back the evolution process of urban system in Xuzhou, and points out that traditionalurban function of Xuzhou is facing changos bccause of the formation and developmcnt of Huaihai EconomicDistrict. It puts forward an operating model of regional economic development, and advances tho fourstructures of Xuzhou's Urban System of 2010.
