Abstract
Some significant DNA molecular markers have been developed by molecular biology as one of the types of genetic markers during the past two decades.The principles and characteristics and the progress of research in fruit trees on several main DNA molecular marker techniques were reviewed.And problems,the way to settle them and the practical prospects were also discussed.
