Abstract

DNA molecular markers that were developed by molecular biology is a kind of important genetic markers in recent years.DNA molecular markers have been widely applied to various aspects of research in fruit tree.In this paper,the principles of several main DNA molecular markers and their application on germplasm resource research,genetic map construction,gene location,and molecular-assisted selection for fruit tree are reviewed.Also,practical prospects and problems of DNA molecular markers are evaluated.
