An Exploration into the Logical Starting Point of Secret Investigation

Logical starting point, different from the object of study and research starting point, is the start of subjects and theory and the nature of its initial concept. It is the only certainty and abstractness consistent with the historical starting point and its essence is the initial concept of subject or theory. Investigation of behavior is the logical starting point of the science of criminal investigation. Under the guidance which logical starting point is the investigation to the science of criminal investigation, secret investigation theory has derived from its own internal logical deduction of strength combining with the particularity of secret investigation. According to the specific, abstract, concrete way of originating the theory of the logical starting point in Marx's Capital, this thesis has revealed the logical starting point of the theory of secret investigation. Furthermore, it analyzes the undercover investigation and technology at the core of the differences from the point of essential requirements of the logic starting point. Finally, it points out that the secret investigation is in accordance with the theory ultimately settled and the technical investigation can only be used in accordance with its nature within a reasonable range.
