To construct the integration of teachers development should be on the theoretical bases of teachers' specialization and all-life education,and manifest the sustainability and wholeness of preparing teachers' pre-jobbed development and post-job training.The paper suggests that the integration of teachers development system at the local comprehensive colleges shows in the aspects of the relationships between training institutions and teaching administative system,training goals and training demands,and precedure of carrying on educating.
