Abstract
Students in the management of higher vocational and technical colleges is the important part of running and development of higher vocational and technical colleges.In this paper,higher vocational and technical colleges through an analysis of the current status of students and the management of the main problems,the higher vocational and technical colleges must implement the scientific concept of development,the establishment of Student-oriented management philosophy students to explore and practice into conformity with modern vocational students characteristics of the management model,and continuously improve the management of vocational students in the level and effectiveness of efforts to create a student-centered,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development in the management of vocational and technical college students work.
