On Management Model of Higher Vocational Students in New Situation

Abstract

In today's society,the overall quality of talent requirement in all aspects is continuously improving,vocational education institutions attracted widespread attention.This paper analyzes management model for vocational students' characteristics of vocational students,first made a brief overview of the management of vocational students,summarize our various vocational institutions' several management modes,then raised new model of management of vocational students for the shortcomings of existing models under the new situation.
