Influence of standardized therapies for diabetic nephropathy on urine protein and renal functions

Objective To investigate the efficacy of standardized therapies on diabetic nephropathy by observing the changes in urine protein and renal functions.Methods A total of 100 cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the observation groups with 50 cases,treated with standardized therapies,and the control group with 50 cases,treated with routine therapies.24 h urine protein and renal functions were compared between the two groups by statistical analysis. Results After treatment,the observation group showed lower 24 h urine protein and other indexes than the control group; there was statistical difference in each index between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Through standardized therapies, diabetic nephropathy patients can be significantly improved in renal dysfunction caused by diabetic nephropathy.
