Abstract
This article discusses the important function and position of library at the knowledge economytimes,and the changes that will be made in sense,system,management,service and talents,for library is facing the new existing and developing test again as the important social power by which knowledge is collected,arranged,analysed and transmitted with the rising of knowledge economy.
