A knowledge economic perspective to the reform and development of the library

Abstract
Knowledge economy brings an overall challenge to the library.The vitality of knowledge economy lies in creativety,and the development of the library also lies in creativity.The reality of knowledge economy compels the library to re-examime its position,function,reform and development from a knowledge economic point of view.As the corntermeasures,the library should construct a solid developmental basis which accords with the operating law of library to meet the need of knowledge economy.
