On the Realization of Chinese Localization of the Restorative Justice

The restorative justice has been widely applied in the western countries because it can compensate the disadvantages of the traditional criminal justice such as confrontational,ignorance of victims,etc.Despite the confrontation with China's reality in terms of attitudes towards it and its concrete regulations,it is rather possible and necessary to make it promote the construction of criminal justice policy on account of the commonness between restorative justice and Chinese criminal justice resources in the harmonious society.
