Abstract
The criticism of meaning of the Ci-poetry critical theory in the Qing Dynasty may roughly be divided into three stages: the early Qing Dynasty is its protruding stage,the mid Qing Dynasty is its expanding and filling stage,and the late Qing Dynasty is the deepening and perfecting stage.The three stages show that when the criticism of Ci-poems' meaning developed to the Qing Dynasty,its thoughts formed the characteristics of lasting expanding,filling,deepening and perfecting.
