Abstract
Objective: To establish the quality standards for Juqin Granules. Methods: Forsythiaside, catalpol, paeonol and paeniflorin in Juqin Granules were identified by TLC. The content of baicalin in Juqin Granules was determined by HPLC. Results: Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Rehmannige, Cortex Moutan Radicis, Radix Paeoniae Rabra could be detected by TLC. The content of baicalin was 20.93~21.74 mg/g. The average recovery was 99.16% and RSD was 0.92% (n=6). Conclusion: These methods are simple and accurate with a strong specificity. These methods can be used for the quality control of Juqin Granules.
