Abstract

Objective:To establish the quality standard for Xiaochuanning Granules(Radix Scutellariae,Cortex moutan,Ramulus cinnamomi,Radix glycyrrhizae).Methods:TLC was used to identify Radix Scutellariae,Cortex moutan ,Ramulus cinnamomi,Radix glycyrrhizae,and HPLC to determinate baicalin content was determined by HPLC.Results:The linear range of baicalin was 0.1604～0.802μg,r=0.9999,respectively;The average recovery was 103.3% with RSD 1.1%.Conclusion:The method was simple.The result was accurate and the reproducibility is good and can be used as the quality control of Xiaochuanning Granules.
