Preliminary Observation of the Rapeutic Effect of the Regimen Containing Dipasic on Smear Positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective:To compare the effect of two chemontherapy and illustrate the effective mechanism of dipasic;Methods:The standard diagnosis and treatment outcome of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis designed by chinese Antituberculosis Association;Comparing the experimental group and control group to treat 100 case with smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in our hospital in the last 8 years;Result:The comparison of treatment outcome of the 100 cases showed that,newly diagnosed smear positive case after 3 and 6 months treatment the improving rate of chest x-ray and sputum conversion were same in two groups.Oldly diagosed smear positive cases of per 4 and 8 months,sputum conversion and improvment of symptom is significantly different between the two growps(P0.05).Conclusion:Dipasic is a safty and effective drug in curing tuberculosis.
