Abstract
Objective To explore the related factors of positive sputum in new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis 2 months after treatment. Method 47 cases with positive sputum in new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis 2 months after treatment was selected as observation group. At the same time,47 cases with negative sputum in new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis 2 months after treatment was selected as control group. The related influencing factors was analyzed. Results The proportion of the number of pathological lung and the number of cavitary lung field in the observation group compared with those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05);The proportion of diabetes and regular treatment in the observation group compared with those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The positive sputum in new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis 2 months after treatment is related with the factors of the number of pathological lung, the number of cavitary lung field, diabetes and regular treatment, and which should be the reference for doctors.
