Transfer price of water rights of reservoirs

Abstract
The transfer of water rights of reservoirs in China was analyzed based on the depiction of water rights and water rights of reservoirs. 7 component factors for the transfer price of water rights of reservoirs were proposed: water price for resources, water price for projects, water price for cost of water saving projects in transfer of water rights, water price for agricultural compensation, water price for ecological compensation, tax and profit. The above factors were discussed, and the corresponding models to calculate the water prices were put forward.
