Abstract

Water rights、water price and water resources optimized allocation and effective use are respectively the basis,the method and the goal of modern water resources management system.This paper study water price and water rights theory,find present situation prombles of water resources management from water price and water rights angle and further analyze the effect of water price and water rights on water resources management.
