Influence of early postmenopausal hormone therapy on quality of life for postmenopausal women

Objective To investigate the influence of early postmenopausal hormone therapy on quality of life for postmenopausal women.Methods 100 cases of perimenopausal women were divided into treatment group and control group according to different therapy,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated by livial,while the treatment group were treated by estrogen combined with progestin.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in FSH and E2 levels before the treatment(P0.05),and after treatment the E2 levels were significantly increased,FSH levels were significantly decreased(P0.05),there were significant differences between the two groups(P0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in SCL-90 score before treatment(P0.05),but after treatment the SCL-90 score were significantly increased than before treatment in both of the two groups(P0.05),and after treatment there were significant differences between the two groups in SCL-90 score(P0.05).Conclusion Early postmenopausal hormone therapy can effectively improve sex hormone levels,improve quality of life for postmenopausal women,and it's worthy of popularization and application.
