Abstract

Objective To evaluate the relationship between hs-CRP and IL-18 of the CHD.Methods 60 patients of CHD were randomly recruited,and their concentration of serum hs-CRP and IL-18 were determined,then compared with 20 healthy persons.Results hs-CRP and IL-18 of the CHD were significantly higher than the control group(P 0.01).The elevation of hs-CRP and IL-18 had a relationship(r=0.285,P 0.05).Conclusion The increase of hs-CRP and IL-18 was regarded as a prediction of the CHD.
