The clinical effects of chuankezhi injection on stable-stage patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To observe the effects and safety of chuankezhi on stable-stage patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 60 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Based on conventional therapy,the chuankezhi injection was added to the treatment group additionally,in order to observe around two groups of clinical curative effects and the change of pulmonary function and lymphocyte subgroup before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 87%,while the control group was 80%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).After the treatment,the changes of pulmonary function in the treatment group were more significantly improved than those in the control group(P 0.05).The lymphocyte subgroup and the number of CD4 in the treatment group were more significantly increased than those in the control group after the treatment(P0.01).Conclusion Chuankezhi injection is able to improve the pulmonary function and immune function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and there are no adverse reactions.
