Abstract

Objective To investigate the adjustable sodium dialysis on blood pressure in hemodialysis patients with short-term effect. Methods The hospital treated hemodialysis patients with hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group were given conventional dialysis, the experimental group were given adjustable sodium dialysis. Results The patients had no significant differences related ions of the two groups of patients in the comparison of blood pressure after dialysis was statistically difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Hypertension in hemodialysis patients with variable sodium dialysis, which can effectively maintain blood pressure, improved patient outcomes.
