Abstract
Objective:To explore the cavernous hemangioma liver treatment methods and clinical effect.Methods:27 cases of liver cavernous hemangioma treated with ultra-selective hepatic artery injection of PYM and mixed with lipiodol emulsion. After 3,6,12 months follow-up to observe changes in tumor size and clinical symptoms and improvement. Results:After 27 patients in the intervention reduced significantly different times, some almost disappear, the effective rate was 100%,and without any obvious complications. Conclusion:Interventional embolization of cavernous hemangioma of the liver minimally invasive, high efficacy, should be vigorously promoted.
