Abstract

Objective: To investigate the hepatic cavernous hemangioma stripping operation in the clinical application. Methods: In our hospital from January,2010 to January,2012,101 cases of cavernous hemangioma of liver patients were given the decortication treatment of hepatic cavernous hemangioma, and those with diameter greater than 10 cm were also received the hepatic portal blocking therapy. Results: The 101 cases of cavernous hemangioma of liver total stripping were all successful, with no operation death case or no serious postoperative complications, and in the follow-up of 6 months to 2years,there was no recurrence. Conclusion: Hepatic cavernous hemangioma enucleation is clinically effective and safe, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
