Abstract
Objective To appraisc the value of C-reactive protem(CRP) and white blood cell(WBC) numeration in diagnosis of children with acute respiratory tract infection. Methods The content of CRP and WBC in 75 bacterial-infected children,70 virus-infected children and 60 healthy children. Results The difference of CRP was syatistically significant in the bacterial-infecyed children before and agter treatment(P﹤0.01) Conclusion Scrum CRP detection is useful in carly diagnosis and differential dianosis of arcute respiratory tract infection in children, and dynamic mcasurement of CRP level is helpful to evaluatc the curative effct.
